Here’s an oldie but goodie ripped straight from Apartment Therapy. Jack is a musician who lives in a space less than 200 sq ft. Incredible.
Although this is not the exact plan of my studio, the measurements are very similar. This is the floor plan to The Rosslyn, which is located in downtown Los Angeles. Living small can be done! I will be posting more about “Living beyond the sq ft.”
Anybody who knows me, knows that I have always wanted to live in New York. There is just something about the Big Apple that has always appealed to me. The bright city lights at night, the ability to walk/bike anywhere downtown, the small, dirt cheap janky apartments, I don’t know what it is. All I know is that I wanted to live New York. However, since I obviously can’t live in any of the five boroughs, I thought I would move into my own tiny pseudo-NY studio.
